Alisia Stair, LSCU Member Relations Consultant

The LSCU is excited to welcome Alisha Stair as its newest Member Relations Consultant within the Cooperative Initiatives team. Alisha will be primarily responsible for assisting, supporting and engaging Credit Unions throughout the state of Alabama.

After attending Robert Morris University to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing, Alisha spent some time gaining post-collegiate experience in the marketing and agency world. She eventually found her way to the credit union industry where she spent 2.5 years as the Marketing and Indirect Lending Coordinator for Illinois Educators Credit Union. Alisha has found her passion within the credit union movement and strives to continue to spread the cooperative principles.

Alisha has participated in the Illinois Credit Union League’s Young Professional Advisory Board; and has continued her involvement within the industry on a national level where she was selected as the Illinois 2018 CUNA GAC Crasher, as well as selected to participate in the Filene Research Institute’s 2018 Operational Excellence and Emerging Technology Colloquium.

Alisha is originally from Springfield, Illinois and is excited to begin her next chapter outside of the Midwest in the Birmingham area. She likes to ride her bike, run, bake and try new restaurants. Alisha is excited to do some hiking throughout Alabama. She enjoys hockey, baseball and will be learning to embrace football with her new ‘Bama lifestyle!

Alisha will be in the Tallahassee office the week of July 16th and will be working out of the Birmingham area.

Taylor Sheffield, LEVERAGE Business Development Consultant

The LSCU is also excited to welcome Taylor Sheffield to its team. Taylor will serve as a Business Development Consultant within the LEVERAGE team and will be primarily responsible for supporting, strategizing with, and engaging credit unions throughout the southern territory of Alabama.

Taylor is a trained sales manager with eight years’ experience in communications, leadership, customer service, and sales. In her last role, Taylor provided her clients with unique advantages, cost effective solutions and a leading edge in the communications market. Taylor is very outgoing, driven and ambitious; she is on a mission to build relationships and help grow profitable and successful credit unions.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time on the water, going to the gym and volunteering to help in her community.
